Roslind passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family’s love, at Strathcarron Hospice on Saturday, 26th September 2026, aged 50 years.

A loving and devoted mother to Willow, beloved daughter of Joseph and the late Roslind, cherished sister to Steven, and a very special person to so many more.

Above everything else in Roslind’s life was Willow. She was not only her daughter, but her whole world, and the bond they shared was incredibly special. Roslind was a wonderful mum who loved Willow beyond measure and was immensely proud of the young woman she had become. That pride, love, and connection will never leave her, and although Roslind can no longer walk beside Willow in the way she always has, her love and spirit will remain with her every step of the way.

A truly tremendous lady whose strength and courage throughout her illness were remarkable. She fought incredibly hard and faced everything with such bravery, determined to stay for as long as she possibly could with Willow and the people she loved most. Her strength came from love, and that love will continue long after her passing. So much of Roslind will live on through Willow, in her memories, in the lessons she taught her, in the love they shared, and in the person Willow will continue to become.

Roslind’s family would also like to say a very special and heartfelt thank you to her dear friends Rab, Irene, and Dawn for the care, friendship, and unwavering support they gave Roslind throughout her illness, including accompanying her to her appointments. Their kindness meant more than words can say.
