We are completely family-owned and run, all our services are provided by husband-and-wife team, Andrew, and Samantha and because of this, we can offer all the care, time, and attention required by families on an individual basis, unlike the corporate owned funeral companies. When you call us by telephone, your call will be answered by us directly, giving you someone to talk with immediately who has local knowledge at their fingertips and knows how to get things done according to local customs, traditions, and practices without fuss.

It’s not about us taking over or telling a family how the service should be, it’s about working side by side, listening to the story, of the person who has passed away, learning about their life and supporting their family in every way to carry out their personal wishes.

Our approach to every family is that when you choose us to care for your loved one, we then work for you so we work extremely hard to ensure every detail is exactly as you have asked for.

Our role is to alleviate as much pressure from you and your family members as possible by taking care of all necessary arrangements and ensuring that your loved one’s final farewell is as special and unique to them as they are to you.

Our small but personal team comprises husband and wife Andrew and Samantha. We also have our daughter-in-laws, Lauren and Keira, and our stepfather, Stewart.

Our services are tailored to each individual family rather than offering fixed packages that often include unnecessary services. Our modern and welcoming premises offer a calming and comfortable space for all arranging and visiting requirements as well as a calm, friendly, family oriented atmosphere and our large, fully equipped mortuary facilities are maintained to the highest standard, with the correct professional equipment needed to care for every person entrusted to us with dignity and respect.

Through our own lived experience we fully understand also how essential the right aftercare and bereavement support is, so this is also extremely important to us. Therefore we ensure this is tailored specifically to each family’s individual needs.

Our support doesn’t end once the funeral has taken place, we continue to support our families for as long as they require us to.
