John passed away peacefully at Forth Valley Royal Hospital on Tuesday, 21st April 2026, aged 68 years. A much-loved dad, a proud papa, a dear cousin and uncle, and a loyal friend to many.

John was a devoted family man whose world revolved around those he loved most. His family meant everything to him, and he took great pride in being there for them through every stage of life.

He was also a long-time and proud member of the Redding & Westquarter P.B. Flute Band, which was a huge part of his life. Through the band, he found not only enjoyment and purpose, but also formed many lasting friendships that meant a great deal to him over the years.

He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him, and his memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all those who shared in his journey.
