Sam & Andrew, This thank you just doesn’t seem enough to pass on the gratitude my dad, Joe & I have for everything you’ve done.. You’ve both been completely and utterly amazing. We’re not local ant turned t the internet looking for the right funeral directors to look after my precious mum. Something drew us to your site and the word “family” next to funeral directors really made you stand out to us. From the minute we spoke we felt in safe hands and knew we’d made the right choice. You went above and beyond throughout our journey, we knew you understood and spoke from experience prioritising everything as family wanted and my mums last wishes. Andrew you picked mum up as quickly as you could knowing how important that was to us and Sam your skills are amazing… you really did everything we asked and made my mum look like the best version of herself….just sleeping. This gave us great comfort when we needed it most. We had total peace of mind and knew we could trust you to give her the care and respect she deserved with complete dignity at all times. It was the simplest of things like the little keepsakes when we came to see her for the very last time, so small but so significant… you totally understand what matters. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the funeral your professionalism, respect and care was outstanding. We hope you both know how fantastic you are, as we know you are the absolute best at what you do. What a wonderful couple and amazing company. I have never met people quite like Andrew and Samantha before. Genuine good, caring and just want the best for all the people they care for and their families. The service they provide is far from standard and completely different than any other funeral company we had spoken to before finding them. Even on the first phone call we knew exactly what was needed and there was nothing hidden or unexpected at all. The personal touches they give to each family is nothing my family have ever experienced from a company so we will be eternally grateful that we were recommended to use them. We would highly recommend them and their company. Knowing they were there with our mum everyday brought us so much comfort and we would never go anywhere else now.
